Changing Places Access Policy

The Community Centre is run by volunteers who give up their time freely to support the various organisations that use its facilities.

 

The Centre is equipped with a disabled toilet and a Changing Places Toilet, which incorporates a showering facility. Both are available to users of the Centre and to the public when the Centre is open.
 

However, the Changing Places Toilet showering facility can only be made available by appointment, and its use incurs a fee of £10.
For frequent usage, fees are subject to negotiation with the Centre Management. 

The Trustees regret having to make this charge, but it is necessary to cover the cost of cleaning that needs be done after each use of the shower facility.
