Please note that a 2-hour minimum hire period applies after 5pm in all spaces
Main Hall
Our main hall (22m x 12m) can accommodate up to 200 people seated and is suitable for sporting events, fairs, weddings, large meetings etc.
Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm £40 per hour.
All other times £50 per hour
Large parties (over 50 attendees) serving food are subject to an additional non-refundable cleaning charge of £100
Small Hall
Our smaller hall (15m x 6m) is fitted with an audio system, can accommodate up to 100 people seated, and is suitable for fitness classes, parties, meetings etc
Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm £30 per hour.
​All other times £40 per hour.
Large parties (over 50 attendees) serving food are subject to an additional non-refundable cleaning charge of £100
Kitchen and Cafe Area
Equipped with fridge and oven our kitchen can be added on to any room hire.

(when added to room hire)
Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm £10 per hour.
All other times £15 per hour.
The Kitchen & Cafe can be rented separately for coffee mornings and small events.
Kitchen & Cafe
Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm £20 per hour.
All other times £25 per hour.

(The Cafe is located in the main reception area and therefore in sight and accessible by visitors to the centre).
Garden and Terrace Area
By prior arrangement, in fine weather, our outside space is accessible from the main hall and the cafe.

and multi room hire rates.
Accessibility
The community centre is all on one level, with WC and changing facilities. There are two allocated disabled car parking bays to the rear of the building with level access to the main building.
The Centre is equipped with both a disabled toilet and a Changing Places toilet which incorporates a showering facility.
Both are available to users of the Centre and to the public when the Centre is open. Click here to read our policy on access to the Changing Places facility.

Meeting Room
Our meeting room (7m x 4m) can accommodate approximately 20 people and is suitable for meetings, study groups, or break-out sessions.
Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm £20 per hour.
​All other times £25 per hour.
Office
Our office is ideal for 1-2-1 meetings or as an alternative to your own office. Access to our public Wi-Fi is included.
Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm £100 per day.
​When booked as an add-on to a Meeting Room booking,
£10 per hour.
Additional Services & Charges
Hirers are required to set-up the tables/chairs before their event as well as pack-up and clean the space once their event is over. If you wish us to complete these tasks for you we offer optional services:

Set-up & Pack-up Tables & Chairs in the halls is £30 (£10 for the meeting room).

Post-event Cleaning Service is £60.

From 1 January 2026 large parties serving food are required to pay a mandatory cleaning fee of £100.
